Imprinting
One color plate charge $100.00 (R), Two color plate charge $120.00 (R). No charge for imprinting for quantities of more than 100 plus, for 2nd color add $0.70 each (R). For quantities of less than a 100 PCs, more than 50 PCs for one color imprinting add $0.80 each (R), and for the 2nd color $0.70 each (R).

Art Work
When sending art work to us for your order, please address the following: We will accept Black and White camera ready art or electronic art via e-mail or diskette, Adobe Illustrator, editable or high resolutions Photoshop art only. Please provide all imprinted colors with their PMS#. As well as sheet color proof.

Any order that does not include camera ready artwork or color separation will be subject to extra charge of $50.00 (R) per hour minimum.

For straight line coping $10.00 (R) typesetting for standard font and $20.00 (R) for any other style.

Proof
Paper approval within the 3 days after received the workable art work, are either by email or standard mail, for express and expedited service there will be additional charge.

Rush Orders and Delivery
Normally after proof approval we will ship with in the 10 business day, ship via UPS ground shipment, if requested can be shipped via express services for additional charge

Terms and Conditions
All orders must be pre approved for payment prior any work. Cancellation accepted only if approved by Wind International. Complete orders can not be cancelled. Partially completed orders may be cancelled only after payment of materials and labor expended prior to date of cancellation request is received. All orders through active distributors their affiliated numbers and their principals must be recognized.

Submitting a Purchase Order
Need, Company name – address – telephone, fax, email, distributors affiliated organization and their number, contact name, ship to address, required in hand date, item number, quantities and color, PMS# for imprint colors, placement of Logo, size of imprint, Please indicate if your artwork is to size and indicate if you need your art work returned

Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped FOB origin, freight prepaid and charged, buyer’s risk in transit.

Drop Shipment
If order requires shipment to more than two destinations, there will be a $10.00 (R) charge for each shipment after the second.
